Policies

Cancellation Policy: If cancellation occurs outside 24 hours before 6:00 PM prior to the arrival date, you will not be charged. If you give less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged 100% of the amount of a one-night stay.

No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged 100% of the amount of a one-night stay.

Check-In: 12:00 PM

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed. If pet is caught in hotel we will charge a $25 fine.

Smoking Policy: Smoking in a non- smoking room will result in a $25 per night cleaning fee.

Taxes: Applicable taxes subject to change without notice.

Damages: All tenants will be held 100% responsible for any damages done to the property.
